Acting as the representative
for Andros in their improvements on their leased site
for 5 years, BlakeDrucker Architects helped them plan
their growth on their site. We produced a masterplan
and schematic design for improvements in all areas of
their process from raw materials being delivered to
the production of product, the testing of that product
and the packing and shipping of that product.
In addition we prepared Use Permit applications and
documentation for parking and site improvements.
