Mesenchymal and Craniofacial Research Laboratory
School of Dentistry, University of California at San Francisco, HSE 15th floor.

This project involved renovating an entire floor of an existing high-rise research tower at the University of California, San Francisco. The program consists of space for five principal investigators including open
laboratories, support rooms including an imaging laboratory for use of microscopes, computer based imaging and video, two tissue culture rooms, and a room to house refrigerators and centrifuges, a Histology Laboratory, computer facility, equipment room, cold room and a specialized laboratory, and offices and support spaces.

4 Years have elapsed between original Schematic Design and our current state of Construction Document Preparation and Early Demolition Phase. BlakeDrucker Architects has actively participated in Grant writing, Value Engineering, Estimating, and now full A/E services. This project is being done entirely in 3D BIM.
